Giveaway: Custom Subway Print by Streetcar Prints
Happy Friday Folks! It's time to win some cool, personalized art from Streetcar Prints.
Want a chance to win a stylish, customized design in a high-resolution format that's ready to print? The winner will get to work with the artist to design a piece of art that means something personal: with subway stops, cities or other words. Then all the winner needs to do is print the masterpiece (at Costco, an online printing company or local shop).
A high-resolution, ready-to-print digital file of an existing design is ordinarily $25.00, but a custom design is more, so what a great value for the lucky winner!
How to enter:
Leave a comment, telling me what city, subway stops or words you think would make a great design. That's it!!
BONUS entry to folks who follow with Google Friend Connect, Linky Followers or Email. Just leave a separate, second comment to let me know which method you use to get your daily peek into the townhouse!
Contest closes Midnight (EST) Thursday, May 31st. Winner will be chosen with random.org.
Check out some of the existing designs to get the creative juices flowing . .
All images from Streetcar Prints.
Good luck! And have a lovely, sunny weekend.

I'm dying for one of these for the Annex in Toronto--with my street (Major) in green! There's so much great city art right now, much of which I've got my eye on for our office...
ReplyDeleteSo hard to decide....I think I'd like a print of all the great places and spaces we have been. Nice memories!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great contest!
I am following you via Google Friend Connect and Pinterest! :)
ReplyDeleteOooooh, I would create a custom design with each of the streets in my neighborhood of Broad Ripple in Indianapolis- with my street in yellow! I love how bold and graphic these designs are.
ReplyDeleteI follow via Google Reader- does that count? ;)
I would love to create one with street names that we have lived on or that significant things have happened for us (school we went to, where we first kissed, etc) or with city names that we have visited. Love subway art!

ReplyDeleteFUN!! I think instead I would use places and streets that mean things to us. Like the street we lived on in our first apartment, the famous street of our college where we met etc... What a cool giveaway!

ReplyDeleteMy husband and I are taking the train from Toronto to Vancouver this summer (so excited!) so I think I would get the names of some of the stops on the trip.
ReplyDeleteI grew up in Germany so Hannover, Wunstorf, Berlin, and Muenchen would be great!

Very cool giveaway! If restricted to subways, would love the stops from one of the lines on the Paris metro (including Les Halles - our stop when we rented an apartment there last year!) I also love people's ideas of putting in places they've visited...but I think I'd stick with the classic subway stops.
ReplyDeleteSuper cute! Mine would say: Toronto, Bay, Kennedy, Montreal.

My wish would be to have the Montreal metro stops on a sign with Montreal in a bold colour. Within days of the Metro opening, I was riding it. When I go back to visit, the smell is still the same and the whoosh of air when the train comes in is a unique feeling.
ReplyDeleteLove your blog, by the way!
Congrats Farquist! Your comment was drawn by random.org. Please email me at dans.le.townhouse@gmail so I can put you in touch with Streetcar Prints. I hope you share your final design!!
